Thank you for shopping with AutumnCollectiveUS! Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order Policy
All items are handcrafted and made to order. Because of the personalized and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Please ensure that all order details (sizes, colors, customizations, etc.) are correct before completing your purchase.

2. No Refunds or Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances except where noted below. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

3. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost items). We will require:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)

Upon review, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a refund at our discretion. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier once the item leaves our hands.

4. Shipping & Handling
We strive to ship all orders within the stated processing time. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
